At SupremeRapic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process to ensure a seamless experience.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, instructions, and tags.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Note: Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized furniture, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to product descriptions for specific details.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
- Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Be sure to include any documentation or accessories that came with it.
- Ship the Item: Return the item using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement item or offering a refund.
Please retain the original packaging and send us clear photos of the damage or defect for faster processing.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order through our website. We are unable to process exchanges directly.
6. Final Sale Items
Some items, such as clearance items or special promotions, may be considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Shipping Costs
